Doctor Haroun: I am writing this note to thank you for the great work you performed on my spine. You successfully re-aligned my spine and “placed” my nerves back in their correct location.
After six months from my surgery, I am free of the pain I had when I first visited with you.
I know I can be a very difficult patient, but you and your staff were very patient and kind with me answering questions and ensuring I was satisfied with the answers. You provided me with meaningful guidelines and instructions after my surgery and during my care.
Also, I received so many compliments from hospital staff that I made the best choice in doctors during my stay.
